This goes to show you two things. First, a huge amount of people around the world are hoping to lose weight. And second, these people are so anxious to lose weight that they are willing to spend their money as a way to try to speed up the results.
Unfortunately, a great deal of these products are outright scams. Usually these “scams” come in two different forms. Either the pill or program just doesn’t work, or the cost of the product is priced far above where it should be.
As an example, I was looking through Costco the other day and saw a diet product that was selling for 70 bucks. It had a flashy label, stellar design and all kinds of promises about how it can help anyone lose weight.
What was in this magic pill? It was just green tea extract pills……
Ok - green tea extract is thought to be somewhat helpful in the fight against weight loss, however, don’t think for a second these pills are worth this much.
Actually, I found a bottle of supplements with the IDENTICAL ingredients, but it was simply being marketed as green tea extract and not as a miracle weight loss pill.
How much was this one? A giant $6.99.
The company selling the overpriced version is simply taking advantage of overweight people’s emotions and pushing their product with aggressive marketing. And unfortunately, many people fall for it.
And frankly, this pill alone will never give you a significant boost in your weight loss plans. It might be a tiny help, but it certainly isn’t “the answer”.
The best diet pills or best weight loss supplements won’t just contain one ingredient. Look for a product that contains a good number of different ingredients or herbs. This gives you a variety of tools that it can use to shed the pounds.
I should mention, I don’t want to give the idea that no pill is worth $70 or more. Truthfully, there are some great diet pills that are in this price range. However,But I guarantee you that the good ones won’t just have one ingredient in them.

If you’re like most golfers, you’re always trying to find that “perfect” golf swing. I know I am. You know you can do it, because you’ve hit some of those great shots before. Doesn’t it feel great to hit that effortless shot? Don’t you wish you could do it every time? That would be a similar feeling of what the pro’s have most of the time. It would make golf so much more enjoyable!
So what’s keeping you from this goal? Will camping out at the range and beating balls hour after hour help? Or, are you already hitting several buckets every week? Your mind dictates your golf swing. Your body can do the proper thing — you’ve hit good shots before. The problem is not that your body is incapable, it’s that your mind is not sending the right messages to your body. The way you build a repeatable swing is to lock in the proper swing feel into your mind so that your mind can tell your body what to do on a subconscious level. To get your mind into such a state, you have to repeatedly practice the right motions. If you don’t practice the right motions, your mind never gets to the point of subconsciously controlling your swing. Hitting more balls or taking more golf lessons will not do anything good for you unless you are practicing something consistently.
